Folk artists from across Central Illinois will gather at Three Sisters
Park in Chillicothe on June 21 to demonstrate their skills. Explore
the beauty and fun of creating traditional folk art, and learn more
about the Three Sisters Folk Art School!
Admission is free. From 10 am to 2 pm, you can
try your hand at weaving, quilting, carving, stamping, pottery and
jewelry making. Many artists will be demonstrating and selling their
wares, and a selection of mini workshops will be available for a
small fee.
Raffle and Win! Each artist is donating a unique
item to help raise funds for the Folk Art School. Tickets are $5
each, or 5 for $20, and are available at Three Sisters Park.
